2014A local beginning
We began in Israel, connecting Russian-speaking new immigrants with local construction companies. Finding work and navigating the paperwork went hand in hand, with people at the centre of both.

Our story
Our story began with a simple connection: people looking for work and businesses that needed them. From local beginnings in Israel, we have grown across borders, staying close to the people behind every team.
2019Building through change
A contract with China Railway Tunnel Group took us into railway construction in Israel. The essential project continued through the pandemic, as our construction workforce grew beyond 200 people.
2022Growing beyond borders
Our Odesa office opened in 2021 to support relocation and employment in Israel. When war forced its closure in 2022, new offices in Moldova and Poland carried that responsibility forward.
2024New sectors. Shared ambition.
Industrial recruitment began in 2023. Agreements with Volkswagen in Slovakia, Fern in Lithuania and an Intel division in Poland followed in 2024, alongside membership of Israel’s industrial association.
2026One connected Alliance
After passing 1,000 annual placements in 2025, we now connect our offices in Israel, the Netherlands, Poland and Moldova with a wider European recruitment network. More than 15,000 people have found work through Alliance.
