We share personal data only as described in this policy: with the service providers in section 05; within our team and, where needed, with our professional advisers; with the employers and partner agencies involved in a vacancy you apply for; and with authorities when the law requires it.
Our offices in Moldova, Poland, Israel and Ukraine work together on vacancies. When you apply for a job abroad, we send the data your application needs to the employer or partner agency in the country of the vacancy, in the European Union, Israel or elsewhere. Transfers to the European Economic Area need no special authorisation under Law No. 195/2024; for other countries we rely on an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards or, where they apply, the exceptions set by law, such as a transfer needed for the application you asked us to handle.
Some providers process data outside the Republic of Moldova and the European Union, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards the provider offers and, where required, on your consent.
