These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://alliance-manpower.world (the "Site") operated by Willi Work LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Poland under KRS 0001068802 with its registered office at Ul. Willowa 8/10 lok 17, 00‑790 Warszawa (NIP 7011174204).
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict‑of‑law provisions. The competent courts of Warsaw shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer‑protection laws provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also access the EU online dispute‑resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We do not commit to using any alternative‑dispute‑resolution entity unless required by law.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms (together with any documents referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Willi Work LTD regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
